I was really happy with the price and felt like the tickets were totally worth it. Grateful to have found such a fair deal!

The dancers were seriously talented. Every move looked so clean and had so much feeling behind it. my only regret is not watching them perform earlier.

I really like that joffrey makes ballet feel approachable instead of exclusive. Their classes and community events seem genuinely open to all kinds of people, not just the typical dance crowd, and that comes through right away. It’s refreshing to see different faces and backgrounds included. The site was simple enough to navigate too, which helped. Overall, it gives the impression that they actually care about the community, and I respect that.

Uh, the refunds and exchanges felt limited to me. I ran into trouble when I needed to change my plans, and there wasn’t much flexibility. I just wish the policy had been clearer before checkout.

The music sounded really great, and the orchestra was the highlight of the experience. I enjoyed the performance a lot, but I’m still hoping there’s some kind of compensation or follow-up offered, since that would make the overall experience feel more properly handled

Registering for classes was mostly fine, so I’m not saying the whole thing was bad or anything. But the schedule page was a little confusing to work through. I did eventually find what I needed, it just took longer than I think it should have.

I’m being very calm about this, but the costumes looked so good. Like, casually amazing. I really loved them and was definitely not obsessing over every little detail

The communication was decent overall, but some of the event updates came a little later than I would’ve liked. My sister was checking in with me about the details too, so it would’ve been helpful to get updates a bit sooner

I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly. They answered my question clearly and didn’t make it more complicated than it needed to be. No endless back and forth or avoidable hassle, just straightforward help. I’m really happy with how they handled it.

I had a decent experience at the academy overall. Some of the teachers were super helpful and gave clear corrections but a few of them seemed rushed or like they weren’t really paying attention to everyone.
I did learn a lot so I’m glad I went. I just wish the classes felt more consistent from teacher to teacher. Not bad not amazing either just kind of in the middle for me.

I used joffrey.org to check class info and see what shows were coming up, and overall it was easy to use. The menu made sense, the pages loaded well on my phone, and it gave me the basic info I needed without much hassle.

I’d probably give it 4 stars because a few details took some extra clicking to track down. Nothing too frustrating, but it could be a little more straightforward in spots. Still, it’s a useful site and I had a good experience with it.

We had a good view from our seats and could see everything without any issues. Nothing fancy to add really, but no complaints from me.

Checkout was quick, so that was nice. The seat selection was a bit confusing though, which was mildly annoying, but I got through it eventually.

I went here for a show and really enjoyed the atmosphere. It felt classy without being too formal, so the whole experience was smooth and comfortable. I thought the sound was really good overall—everything came through clearly. That said, from upstairs it felt a little uneven at times, so I came away thinking your seat probably matters more than I expected.

The dancers were incredible, and the whole performance felt so alive from start to finish. Reading between the lines, you could tell there was so much emotion and effort behind every movement, which made it even more special to watch.

I went in not really knowing much about joffrey, so I didn’t have huge expectations, but wow. The choreography pulled me in fast. It was sharp and clean, but still had feeling behind it, which I really liked.

Some sections were super quick and fun to watch, then it would slow down in a way that actually felt thoughtful instead of dragging. Smooth. I never felt bored or like I was waiting for the next part to happen.

The dancers made everything look effortless, even though you can tell it takes insane control and practice. Respect. I really enjoyed the movement choices overall and would definitely go see something like this again.

The seats weren’t terrible, but they did feel kind of cramped. It was fine for a short time, but I wouldn’t call them super comfortable...

I’d give it 5 stars just for how simple it was to get to Joffrey. We took the train in, and the walk from there was short enough that I barely had time to finish checking the map on my phone. I also noticed a couple of parking garages nearby, like right in the area, so driving wouldn’t have seemed too stressful either. Nothing about the route felt confusing, and even leaving afterward was smooth. I always notice little things like whether the sidewalks are easy to follow or if the exits feel chaotic, and this was all surprisingly low-stress.
